Instructors have both life experience and specialist skills to impart knowledge on all aspects of self-defence. Examples include dealing with knife crime, weight-loss, nutrition plans, how to react in gang attacks and dealing with threats. Ask anything in and out of class and we aim to answer in a humble manner.
