Who is the grading for?
- Suitable for all Teens and Adults
- Know your testing level as you will be pushed mentally and physically
- A reality based environment will be created to test your self-defence level
- The techniques learnt in class will be pressure tested, both mentally and physically
What should I bring along?
- Lots of energy and enthusiasm

- Drink, snacks, medicines and any health related items you need such as inhalers
- Mandatory equipment: Boxing Gloves, MMA Gloves, Groin guard protection, Shin guards and Gum shield. Purchase here: https://diversekravmaga.co.uk/shop/
- Optional equipment such as arm guards, knee protection, head guards, eye wear etc
- Bring training items relevant to your grading level e.g. training weapons such Knives, Sticks, Bricks etc.

Workshop Details
This following is an example. Each workshop is modified to incorporate the specific needs of the school
- Using your voice to stop threats e.g. utilising your mobile phone, finger pointing
- Using 360 defence to stop inside and outside attacks e.g. countering various common attacks
- Striking basics using skills of boxing and kicking to prevent threats e.g. marking vulnerable parts of the body
- Hand releases to prevent strangers grabbing and pulling e.g. building awareness and reactions
- Chokes and side headlocks e.g. Krav Maga syllabus
- Identify dangers and run away e.g. scanning for dangers
- Dealing with emergencies e.g. who to call and when
- Games that reinforce the above such as Krav Ball, Zombie Attacks, Krav Body Tagging
- Fun Drills e.g. building a creative and memorable time
