Who is the grading for?
- Suitable for all Teens and Adults
- Know your testing level as you will be pushed mentally and physically
- A reality based environment will be created to test your self-defence level
- The techniques learnt in class will be pressure tested, both mentally and physically
What should I bring along?
- Lots of energy and enthusiasm

- Drink, snacks, medicines and any health related items you need such as inhalers

- Optional equipment such as arm guards, knee protection, head guards, eye wear etc
- Bring training items relevant to your grading level e.g. training weapons such Knives, Sticks, Bricks etc.
