Who is the grading for?

• Suitable for all Teens and Adults
• Know your testing level as you will be pushed mentally and physically
• A reality based environment will be created to test your self-defence level
• The techniques learnt in class will be pressure tested, both mentally and physically

What should I bring along?

• Lots of energy and enthusiasm

• Drink, snacks, medicines and any health related items you need such as inhalers
• Mandatory equipment: Boxing Gloves, MMA Gloves, Groin guard protection, Shin guards and Gum shield. Purchase here: https://diversekravmaga.co.uk/shop/
• Optional equipment such as arm guards, knee protection, head guards, eye wear etc
• Bring training items relevant to your grading level e.g. training weapons such Knives, Sticks, Bricks etc.
